Terms of Service
These terms explain rights, responsibilities, digital service delivery, and the conditions for Kocubi Free and Pro subscriptions.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, creating an account, or using Kocubi, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
The Kocubi service
Kocubi is a digital creator service providing a Link Hub, reusable variables, chat commands, automatic messages, and overlays for streaming software. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.
Digital delivery and shipping
Kocubi sells digital services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. After a successful payment, Pro access is enabled for the Kocubi account used for the purchase as soon as reasonably possible. If access does not appear, contact [email protected] with the account email and transaction evidence. Never send a full card number or CVV.
Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and take responsibility for activity through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use Kocubi for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, rights infringement, attacks on the service, bypassing limits, or unauthorized access to accounts or data.
Creator content and connected services
You remain responsible for links, messages, images, and other content published through Kocubi, and for complying with the terms of connected streaming platforms, sign-in providers, and other services.
Plans and prices
Free costs ฿0. Pro costs ฿99 per month or ฿990 per year, charged in Thai baht. The price, billing period, included features, and total are presented before order confirmation. If live checkout is unavailable, no payment will be collected.
Payment and renewal
Pro is charged for the monthly or yearly period you select and renews automatically using the original payment method until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping account and payment information current. The price, billing period, and applicable terms are presented before confirmation.
Cancellation, notice period, and effect
You may cancel at any time before the renewal date and time; there is no minimum advance-notice period. Use the “Cancel subscription” button on your account’s plan-management page. If that button cannot be used, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Cancel subscription.” Cancellation stops the next charge only, and Pro access continues through the paid service period.
Non-refundable payments
Once charged, payments and unused portions of a service period are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not reverse charges already made.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, or product development. Where appropriate, we will try to provide advance notice of material changes.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, risks to users or the service, or legal requirements. You may stop using Kocubi at any time.
